This place is located near a beautiful white-sand beach and close to the downtown area with great shopping and food options at Malin Plaza and local food markets.

The location was stunning and convenient in a downtown area, just next door to the Malin Plaza, and shops and restaurants close by. Spent a nice evening at C-Food Zone, located minutes from the venue.

The balcony door lock was broken and not fixed during our entire stay, which compromised our safety and security.

The pool area was shallow and the pool itself looked worn out. Unfortunately, during my stay, the elevator was broken, which meant having to climb stairs to reach the room.

The hotel's location is great, being right beside the Malin market, which is a bustling food market. It is also close to Patong beach, which is good exercise to reach. the rooms are basic, but clean, with great WIFI and plenty of plug points.

The noise outside the hotel can be very disturbing at night, making it hard for light sleepers to get a good night's rest.

We had a fantastic stay at Baya Phuket! The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a deluxe room. The bed was firm and comfy, and the water kettle with instant coffee was a nice touch. We enjoyed the big television with a wide selection of channels and movies. The AC worked great and we had no issues with noise. The rooftop pool, although lacking nice lighting at night, was clean and a great place to relax. The hotel also provided water, coffee, and new towels daily, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to Malin Plaza food and beer and a 7/11, and just a short walk to the beach road. we would highly recommend Baya Phuket for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
